| Conditions of Service: |
|
Agents should make prior arrangement with airlines and Customs when entrusting Hactl with customs clearance on their behalves. |
|
Agents should provide all necessary cargo information, including both master and house air waybill, and all supporting documents such as licenses to airlines in a timely manner for customs clearance processing by Hactl with Customs. |
|
PACCO service is not applicable to certain types of shipment, including of express cargo, high value cargo, prepacked cargo, perishable cargo, "no-break" (an airline's instruction) cargo, cargo requiring immediate release to customers, and diplomatic shipments are by nature excluded in the PACCO service. |
