| Hactl is an IATA Accredited Training School authorized to conduct IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) certification courses meeting ICAO technical instructions requirement on Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air. These courses also comply with the regulations of the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department.
