I have accessed the Internet using Netscape Navigator. Can I use it to access the Hactl member service?
In order to make use of the Hactl member services, you MUST have Microsoft Internet Explorer (5.5 or above). Otherwise, you will not be able to make use of the "Member Functions" as the older version or other browser cannot support it.

How do I change my screen resolution?
To change your screen resolution, follow these simple steps:
- Go to your Start menu button
- Select Settings and choose Control Panel
- From the Control Panel window, choose Display
- From Display Properties, select the Settings tab
- On the Screen area control slide, move the marker until the 800 by 600 pixels is displayed
- Click OK
- Click OK on the next window that appears to resize your desktop
