I do if I hit "Internal Server Error" during login? |
| This may due to the setting of your browser, as
"Cookies" must be enabled if you want to access the member services.
You may follow the steps below to verify your browser setting.
For Internet Explorer
- Choose "Tools",
then "Internet Options"
from the top menu, a "Internet Options" window
will pop up.
- Click the "Security"
folder and there is a section called "Security level
for this zone".
- Click button and a Security Settings window will pop
up.
- Use your mouse to click on scroll bar and look for the
section called "Cookies".
Two settings are under this "Cookies":

a. Allow cookies that are stored on your computer.
b. Allow per-session cookies (not stored).
Please make sure "Enable"
radio button is checked for both settings. If not,
check the radio button next to "Enable"
and press button. A message box will be prompted to
make sure you want to change the security settings
for this zone. Just press button to save the settings
and then press button to close the "Internet
Options" window.

5. Press <F5>
or
to refresh your contents in browser.
6. Login e-Business member functions again.
If problem still exists after the verification, please contact

| What
should I do if my connection to Internet Service Provider fails? |
We recommend you to retain a dial up modem as
fallback. In case there is any connection problem with your
Internet Service provider, you can use the modem to directly
connect to hactl.com free of charge. You can use the telephone
number, (852) 2934-9696 to connect to hactl.com. Please download
the setup procedures for Windows
95/ 98/ 2000 (English) or Windows
95/ 98/ 2000 (Chinese). You can obtain the procedures in
PDF format.

benefits are there to being a registered member of Hactl? |
| As a non-registered user, you
may only use the homepage to track the cargo status, enquire
the worldwide flight schedule and public holidays. You
can also download our setup guideline for direct connection
to hactl.com.
