| Hactl's member services functions are the
newly enhanced version of the hactl.com, which has already
been put into the Internet for Hactl customers since 1995.
Hactl's member services functions will provide more features
to enhance operational efficiency and security. Please

are the features in the Hactl member services? |
| Private Database |
| Available through the new Create/Amend House
Manifest function (sometimes referred as YHM), a
private address book allows you to store your
customer's information. You can easily select them
when preparing the HAWB and saves key-in effort
for the names and addresses of consignees, shippers,
etc. in the process. |

| Higher Capacity |
| The Create/Amend House Manifest function
can prepare over 500 HAWB in a single manifest record. |

| Hactl's member services are designed to save your
operating cost in mind. It provides user-friendly
features such as customers address book, enhanced
screen layout, instant data input verification,
etc. which can all improve the operating efficiency
by cutting the processing time. |

You can change the password anytime you choose.
In addition, the "Member Functions" will
ask you to reset the old password to a new one if
the old password has been used for over three months.
Hactl member accounts that are inactive for 90 days
or more will be removed for security purposes. |

can I obtain the information of various charging rates
for Hactl's services? |

To obtain an estimation of storage charges, visit our

For charges of other services:
Hactl provides various products and services to our customers
such as Airlines and Airfreight Forwarders, Shippers/consignees.
The charges to be levied for each service if any will
be stated together with the description of the services.
This information can be obtained from our Value-Added
Services section. |

can I know if the cut-off time for inputting House Manifest
for a particular flight is over? |
| Login the Member Services, and select the
List Flight Schedule under the category of Enquiry. Select
the Flight Date and Carrier code. A list of flights for
a particular carrier would be displayed. In the last column
of the list, 'Flight Cut-off', if 'Y' is shown, the cutoff
time for inputting House Manifest is over. In other words,
the House Manifest submitted subsequently would not be
effectual. |

| As a member of Hactl, all freight forwarding
companies can post the business information of their companies
in the Freight Forwarder Directory, such as business
nature, specialized trade route, company mission/vision,
etc. We also provide hyperlink to the web site of the
forwarder company. |

to input or update the detailed business information of
a Forwarder in the Freight Forwarders Directory? |
|
Prerequisite: The forwarder must be a member of Hactl.
The basic information of forwarders company name, telephone
number and fax number are already posted in the Freight
Forwarder Directory, once the forwarder is registered
as Hactl member. Forwarder may follow the steps below
to input or update the detailed business information
in the Freight Forwarder Directory.

Use the user id and password to login
to the member functions under the section of member
services. |

Browse down the member function list.

Invoke the " Maintain Freight Forwarder Directory ".

| 4. |
Another login screen will be prompt,
use the same id / password as in step 1. |

A form will be shown. |
| 6. |
Fill in or update the business information
as in the form. |
| 7. |
Press "submit button".
|
| 8. |
The business information will be
saved up. |
| 9. |
The updated business information
can then be viewed in the Freight Forwarder Directory
under the section of Industry Directories section.
