can the Address Book function help? |
| A function called "Address Book"
is available in the "Member Functions". You
can enter your related consignee, shipper and notify party
information into the address book. Once you have entered
them into the address book, the information can be retrieved
once you are amending or adding your house waybill. |

many entries can I enter into the address book? |
| About 300 entries. This means that, from
time to time, obsolete names should be removed. |

| Can
other people access my address book? |
| Only registered users can access their own
private data in Hactl's member services address book.
This is guaranteed by the password access as provided
by "Member Functions" login. |
