(23 January 2008, Hong Kong : ) Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) is pleased to welcome Royal Jordanian Airlines as its first new customer in 2008. The carrier launched its inaugural flight to Hong Kong today, starting its thrice-weekly scheduled passenger service between Amman, Bangkok and Hong Kong.
Hactl has been appointed by Royal Jordanian Airlines to be its air cargo terminal operator at Hong Kong International Airport, services of which include physical cargo handling and air cargo documentation handling.
Royal Jordanian Airlines is Hactl’s first additional airline customer in the new year and presently, Hactl serves close to 90 international airlines and over 1,000 freight forwarders from its base, the SuperTerminal One at Hong Kong International Airport.
