(6th July 2007, Hong Kong: ) Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) is pleased to announce that Korean Air Cargo (KE) starts employing Hactl’s ramp handling service at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) effective today.
Hactl has been providing physical cargo handling to KE ever since the carrier launched operations to Hong Kong. Documentation handling service by Hactl was added to KE since Hactl moved to HKIA at Chek Lap Kok. With KE’s new ramp service appointment, Hactl is now the carrier’s one-stop cargo handling service provider in Hong Kong, providing added service synergy and a total cargo solution to KE.
Ms. Lilian Chan, General Manager, Marketing and Customer Service of Hactl said, “We sincerely thank KE for their vote of confidence in appointing us as their service provider for ramp handling service. KE has been one of our most in valuable airline customers since Hactl’s establishment in 1976. KE’s appointment of Hactl as its total cargo service partner signifies the strong ties and mutual trust we have built in our cooperation relationship over the years. As always, we will endeavour to add value to KE throughout the supply chain, adding to their overall competitiveness.”
