| Hactl announces February tonnage throughput | |||

(9th March 2007, Hong Kong :) Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) today released its tonnage figures for February 2007. A total of 168,303 tonnes were handled in February, an increase of 6.1% compared with the same month last year. Cumulative tonnage for the first two months of the year was 360,531 tonnes, up 3.0% against the same period last year. Import volume for February was 47,501 tonnes, down 5.2% year-on-year. Total import volume for January and February was 101,938 tonnes, representing a year-on-year growth of 0.3%.The transshipment volume was 31,550 tonnes in February, with a growth of 5.0% registered. Total transshipment volume for the first two months was 62,136 tonnes, up 0.2% against the same period last year.
