Effective on 9:00 am of 23 September 2008, Shipper's Load and Count (SLAC) for House shipments would be supported in Hactl.com. To submit House Manifest with SLAC via Hactl.com, two methods are available: 'CREATE / AMEND HOUSE MANIFEST' directly through data entry and "TRANSMIT" prepared data files under the EDIFACT format CUSEXP. (For more details in creating CUSEXP message file with SLAC, please download the latest CUSEXP Message Implementation Guide (verison 4.1) PDF file.)

CUSEXP Message Implementation Guide version 3.9 and version 4.0 would still be supported by Hactl.com, but SLAC would only be supported by version 4.1
