| Due to the recent Taiwan earthquake, some of the local ISP services are severely affected. As a result, some cargo agents were not able to connect to Hactl.com. and Hacis.com. After consulting with our ISP provider, we have reached an interim by-pass solution for the Window users by using a simple re-configuration at Cargo Agents' own Windows setting. We have prepared a procedural guidelines with the following criteria, i.e. (A) the step to make use of this by-pass interim solution, (B) the restoration after the ISP is recovered.
