| A set of new empty ULD service functions is now available for use by self-handling airlines and ground handling agents. They are encouraged to make use of these new application functions to record their empty unit allotment information in COSAC via Hactl.com. The system will then automatically link this empty ULD allotment information given by airlines with the ULD requisition information provided by freight forwarders, thus enabling the cargo operation units of airlines and ground handling agents to approve URFs in an efficient manner, removing their burden with maintaining different sets of internal documentation/computer systems, and streamlining their internal communication with respective sale units.
