During the mentioned period, please send the pre-declaration information of the PPK/Mix-PPK shipments to the email address 'predeclaration@hactl.com', or bring along with the manual PPK/Mix-PPK Cargo Declaration Form when delivering PPK/Mix-PPK shipments to Hactl if the e-RCL pre-declaration has not been created.

ServicesCargo Delivery Procedure

By Driving:
  • For vehicles without pre-registration ; drivers may declare vehicle information and present Octopus card via Self-service Kiosk at Hactl Driving Entrance (All Vehicles Lane).
  • “Green Lane” is available at Hactl Driving Entrance for trucks who have performed pre-registration via COSAC-Mobile apps.
  • Truck dock will be assigned if it is available. Otherwise, please wait at Car Park No.1 or 5 with registered Octopus card for entrance and exit.  Please wait for announcement at Car Park or use COSAC-Mobile apps to activate the Truck Paging service. 
Hactl Driving Entrance
Declare vehicle information and present Octopus card
  • Make sure the Air Waybill label has been affixed on  the cargo, which can be obtained from the offices of airline/ ground handling agent.
  • Please arrange x-ray screening if required.
  • Get Hactl staff to acknowledge receipt of the cargo upon putting them into the yellow box.
  • A Reception Checklist (RCL) will be issued for your record.

Hactl Service Delivery – Terminal Services
1/F Counter, South Office Block

  • Please return the RCL to the airline/ ground handling agent office, complete the required documentation and settle payment.
  • If you have logged in to “Hactl Member” page and completed cargo pre-declaration via “e-RCL”, please return a printed copy of your e-RCL to the airline/ ground handling agent offices to confirm your booking.

    • By Driving: Pick up a Truck Admission Card (TAC) at Hactl Driving Entrance and display it on the windscreen. A truck dock will be assigned if it is available. Otherwise, please wait for an assignment at Car Park No. 1.

  • Cargo Delivery
    • Make sure you have affixed the Air Waybill label on your cargo, which can be obtained from the airline/ ground handling agent office.
    • Please arrange x-ray screening if required.
    • Get Hactl staff to acknowledge receipt of your cargo upon putting them into the yellow box.

    • Before leaving the warehouse, please return the TAC to Hactl security staff at the exit check booth.

    • Please return the RCL to the airline/ ground handling agent office, complete the required documentation and settle payment.
    • If you have logged in to “Hactl Member” page and completed cargo pre-declaration via “e-RCL”, please return a printed copy of your e-RCL to the airline/ ground handling agent office to confirm your booking.
