By Driving:
  • For vehicles without pre-registration; drivers may declare vehicle information and present Octopus card via Self-service Kiosk at Hactl Driving Entrance (All Vehicles Lane).
  • “Green Lane” is available at Hactl Driving Entrance for trucks which have pre-registered via:
    • COSAC-Mobile apps 
    • 1/F TCO Self-service Kiosks (For Import Cargo)
    • www.hactl.com (For Schedule Collection only)
  • Please park at Car Park No.1 or 5  with registered Octopus card for entrance and exit.  Or go to the terminal directly (For Pre-SRF registration only) according to the screen displayed.

By Public Transport:
  • Proceed to Airline/ Ground Handling Agent Office.

Hactl Service Delivery – Terminal Services
1/F Counter, South Office Block

  • Present your ID Card, Air Waybill and settle payment at the Airline/ Ground Handling Agent Office.
  • You will be given a Shipment Release Form (SRF).
  • If you designate a representative to collect the cargo on your behalf, please give him/ her a copy of your ID Card and an authorisation letter.

  • The cargo release area will either be on G/F or 1/F Warehouse.
  • Present SRF & HKID Card at the warehouse service counter to register for a cargo pick-up.

Our staff member will accompany you to the Customs Examination Hall for physical cargo examination. A Customs Examination Report (CER) will be issued.

Check booth at the Exit

Present all the relevant documents and your cargo to Hactl's security staff at the exit.

  • Upon Arrival
    • Please pick up a Truck Admission Card (TAC) at Hactl Driving Entrance and display it on the windscreen.
    • Park at Car Park No. 1.
