Removing Dormant Accounts

To provide a safe and secured COSAC-Plus environment, all Hactl.com member accounts shall maintain active usage as stated in the Membership Agreement. Starting Jun 2020, any member accounts that have not been logged in Hactl.com / COSAC-Plus for 90 days or over, namely the dormant accounts, will be removed from Hactl.com Member Services.

On 1 Jun 2020, Hactl will start to remove all existing dormant Hactl.com member accounts, i.e. account with no login activity from 3 Mar to 31 May. After that, this regular dormant accounts removal will continue and dormant accounts will be removed without prior notice.

If your accounts are removed due to lack of use for 90 days or over, you are required to re-apply as a new member. However, for any applications with a dormant accounts history, you will be required to provide an explanation and be prepared for extra processing time.
